Membership Structure & Terms

  • Membership is open to families residing in London.
  • The joining contribution is £300 per family, paid once when you first register.
  • The renewal contribution is £200 per family, paid annually from your second year onward.
  • Each member's household benefits from full funeral cost coverage in the event of a registered family member's death.
  • Membership is activated three months after the initial contribution is made.
  • Once membership expires, renewal contributions must be paid within the first five days of the month to avoid lapse.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Coverage is limited to immediate family members, as specified upon registration.
  • Fund contributions are reserved strictly for registered members and cannot be used by, or on behalf of, anyone who is not a registered member.

Funeral Coverage

CFSF guarantees coverage of up to £5,000 towards eligible funeral costs for a deceased member of a registered family. Funds collected through contributions are used exclusively for funeral-related expenses.

Funds Management

All funds are pooled in Quba Masjid's dedicated account, ensuring financial security.

A 20% emergency reserve is maintained at all times.

Annual audits are conducted to ensure full transparency.

Registration Process

  1. 1Complete the registration form, providing details of your immediate family members (father, mother, and children who are not married).
  2. 2Provide copies of passports for all family members being registered.
  3. 3Pay the £300 joining fee (£200 for each annual renewal after your first year).
  4. 4Activation occurs three months after your contribution is received.
