A Community Fund Built on Faith, Dignity and Care
The Community Funeral Support Fund was founded to ease the financial burden families face during grief. It is run by Quba Masjid & Education Centre, which has served West London families since 2006, and pools a simple contribution so every member family can be covered with dignity and care when they need it most.

Two Decades Serving West London
Quba Masjid & Education Centre has served families across West London since 2006. As a registered charity (no. 1189923), it channels community generosity into real support, including the Community Funeral Support Fund, which grew directly from that same spirit of care.

The Challenge, and Our Response
Losing a loved one is hard enough. No family should also face a financial crisis at the worst possible time.
Funeral costs in the UK can easily reach £5,000 or more. Many families struggle to afford even basic services, and grief is too often deepened by financial worry.
For £300 to join, then £200 a year, member families receive real financial relief. By sharing responsibility as a community, no one carries the burden of funeral costs alone.

Transparent & Accountable
CFSF's accounts are reviewed every year, and a fixed 20% of contributions is always kept in reserve for emergencies, so the fund stays sustainable, and members can see exactly how their contribution is protected.
Our Committee
CFSF is guided by a dedicated committee of volunteers from Quba Masjid & Education Centre, who oversee registrations, contributions and the fund's day-to-day management on behalf of the community.
